Cycle to Velefique switchbacks and watch Stage 12 of La Vuelta a España live — Vera to Velefique Category 1 summit finish.

Recovery & coaching
Recovery ride. Individual 1-hour coaching consultation with Prof. Richard Davison.
Sat 5 Sep
Guided ride
Longer guided ride. Coaching presentation: nutrition and fuelling strategies.
